Refund and Cancellation Policy

Applies to: www.arpflow.ai and app.arpflow.ai

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all users of ARPflow’s subscription-based software services (“Services”). By accessing or subscribing to ARPflow, you agree to be bound by this Policy in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Free Trial

ARPflow offers a 30-day free trial to new customers.

• No charges are applied during the 30-day trial period.

• You may cancel your trial at any time within the 30-day period.

• If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

• If you do not cancel before the trial expires, your account will automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription.

We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before the trial end date to avoid unintended billing.

Subscription Billing

• ARPflow operates on a monthly subscription model only.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle.

• All payments are processed securely through authorized payment providers.

Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

If you cancel an active subscription:

• No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.

• Access to the software will terminate at the end of that billing cycle.

• No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time in the billing period.

Cancellation can be completed:

• Through your account settings in app.arpflow.ai, or

• By contacting our support team at support@arpflow.ai

Refund Policy

Trial Period

• No payment is collected during the 30-day trial.

• Therefore, no refund is applicable if cancelled within the trial period.

After Subscription Billing

• Once a monthly subscription payment has been processed, fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

• We do not provide refunds or credits for:

– Partial use of the subscription period

– Downgrades

– Unused features

– Failure to cancel before renewal


Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, you must notify us within 7 days of the billing date by contacting support@arpflow.ai

Upon verification of a valid billing error:

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

• Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Account Termination by ARPflow

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service. In such cases, refunds will not be provided unless required by law.
